60-Day Return Policy

Louis Martin Custom Knives stands behind every blade that leaves our workshop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the knife is returned in its original condition.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted for knives in new, unaltered condition with original packaging and sheath. Custom-engraved or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Contact us at louismartinknives@gmail.com or (631) 812-5595 to initiate a return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Defects

Any knife with a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. Please contact us within 60 days of receipt to report a defect.
